Louiville, Kentucky- how do you pronounce that some people say it Lu-iss-vill, some think it’s Lu-ee-vil, and the locals say it Lu-ih-vull.

The auditions start with some bad people, none worth mentioning.

A woman from Pennsylvania has been trying to get into the music industry for 23 years. The judges remembered her from a record studio. “I like you… there’s something about you.” Kara said. Mark Mudd has been in two car accidents and has almost died five times. In fact, his ancestor, John Mudd, was the doctor who fixed John Wilkes Booth’s leg when he jumped out of a window after shooting Abraham Lincoln. His name is Mudd, and so is his singing.

The next audition, Kara and Simon got into a fight (again). It ended with Paula and Kara under the table. The contestant went through.

‘Night!

San Fran- where the judges found Katherine Mchee. First up: a woman from San Juan, Puerto Rico (I wonder why she traveled all the way to San Fran-they held auditions in Puerto Rico). She is a singer, musician, songwriter, assistent director, model, writor, and actress, and a psycic predicted that she would make it to the top 12. With a really annoying laugh, her voice was…. okay. Simon said that she is good at a lot of things… just not singing. Randy-yes. Kara-yes. Paula-yes. Simon-no.

I absolutely loved the guy in the plaid coat (ugly). His looks and his voice matched his coat. The judges loved it. “That was wild, man…it was kind of like torture” Randy said. He didn’t go through, “it was actually because of the coat,” he said.

Jesus Valenzuela auditioned because his kids told him to. “This is not going to work, honestly. You’re a nice guy, but you’re not going to win this.” a very bored Simon said. Both Simon and Paula said no, but that was before Jesus brought his kids in to meet the judges. After, everyone said yes except for Simon.

Dalton Powell from Ca proved that if you have stage fright, don’t audition for AI. The judges were speechless. James Smith, also  from CA, started singing and Randy said about Paula, “She wants a baby.”

Back at the ranch, FOX showed parts of at least seven Simon/Kara fights. I think Simon likes arguing, because most of the time, Kara said something and then Simon said the opposite thing. For example, Kara said she liked the song, Simon said he hated it. Kara liked someone, Simon didn’t like them. If was pretty entertaining, actually.
